No, and here’s why:


  • Human thinking is influenced by innate motivations. Machines don’t have innate drivers that provide internal logic and wholeness to guide thinking.
  • Machines process only what they are given or tasked to do. People process from outside to inside, across past, present, and future — including material related and unrelated to the topic.
  • Machines process symbols. People engage what symbols describe, without losing what is lost when a phenomenon is reduced to symbols.
